So I went swimming and gyming
with Mandy on Wednesday.
WOWgoing to the gym after swimming
is a BAD idea.
Tired much?!?
Chilled at the jacuzzi and sauna after that.
The Jac was cold :(
So its wasn't soothing.

But the sauna isAMAZING,
the feeling of walking out into cool air
After being in a hot place for a long time
is just unexplainable.
I know you'll probably wonder why I
need to go to the Gym,
well the reason is,

ABS like thoseVictoria secretmodels.
I find it really attractive
so 100 sit ups a day is worth that beauty.
Sure the abs hurt, but 100 is little
compared to what they probably do.
